Did you know that in the past seven days, there has been 224 earthquakes? There are wars and rumors of war. There is famine and despair. It is hard not to believe that we will see End of Time during this generation. Perhaps there is something to this 2012 thing that seems to foretell that our days are certainly numbered.

Old School Friday...Work (it) Out!

Oh Yeah! It's FRIDAY!!! And that means it's time for some old school jamming and par-taying in the blogosphere! This week's theme is "Work Out Songs". Listen, I don't know nothing about working out. Yeah, I've done a couple of workout sessions using the young-SjP's WII - but when I'd only burned 5 calories after 20 minutes, I said to hell with that! But, if I did work out, this joint would be at the top of my playlist. Might not burn-off any calories but it will definitely make you work up a sweat!
