Wars and Rumors of Wars

Is God Trying to Tell Us Something?

Did you know that in the past seven days, there has been 224 earthquakes? There are wars and rumors of war. There is famine and despair. It is hard not to believe that we will see End of Time during this generation. Perhaps there is something to this 2012 thing that seems to foretell that our days are certainly numbered.

Mother Earth Quakes

Haiti Still Stands!

Five days ago, without warning or forethought, Mother Earth shook, opened, and left nothing less than utter devastation, despair, and grief. All along her path, like a savaged and hungry beast, she swallowed her young, her elders, and her future. Was this land, in her mind, to become like Atlantis.

Mercury Morris: On What Planet Do You Spend Most of Your Time?

This truth according to SjP for Monday, October 12, 2009
I hate the Dolphins! Don't know when I started hating the Dolphins; can't even tell you why I started hating the Dolphins! Hate them so much that I won't even put Ricky Williams on my fantasy team! And listening to Mercury Morris today during a CNN interview with Rick Sanchez today sure did little to change my feelings.

Just in case you missed it, the first thing Morris said was that he he considered Rush Limbaugh a bigot and not a racist. Then, if that weren't bad enough, Morris goes on to [intelligently] explain Dope-baugh's statement that "..NFL all too often looks like a game between the Bloods and the Crips without any weapons". Now, I don't want to put words in Morris's mouth, so let's go to the video tape. His "explanation" starts around the 6:02 mark.

Excuse me?! To imply that there is a difference between being a bigot and a racist - and that being a bigot is better than being a racist - makes me question the educational system or environment of which Morris is a product. Then, for Morris to actually defend Dope-baugh's "Crips vs Bloods" is just a little more than anyone with any sense of intelligence can bear.

So, to take liberty with the words of the Honorable Barney Frank, please tell me Eugene Edward Morris "on what planet do you spend most of your time?"

And I still hate - really hate - the Dolphins!
