Wars and Rumors of Wars

Is God Trying to Tell Us Something?

Did you know that in the past seven days, there has been 224 earthquakes? There are wars and rumors of war. There is famine and despair. It is hard not to believe that we will see End of Time during this generation. Perhaps there is something to this 2012 thing that seems to foretell that our days are certainly numbered.

Mother Earth Quakes

Haiti Still Stands!

Five days ago, without warning or forethought, Mother Earth shook, opened, and left nothing less than utter devastation, despair, and grief. All along her path, like a savaged and hungry beast, she swallowed her young, her elders, and her future. Was this land, in her mind, to become like Atlantis.

Cause Lil Wayne Said So? I Think NOT!

This truth according to SjP for Wednesday, September 30, 2009
Let me be 100% honest! I'm intrigued, a bit skeptic and even a little bit scared with what the future holds as we approach December 21, 2012. I'm sure that you've all heard about it. The day that the world as we know it will cease to exist. At least that's what the folks over at December 21, 2012 dot com are saying.

See, their basing this on so called predictions made by the Mayans, Nostradamus, and even the Bible. But, I gotta tell you, when 'Lil Wayne predicting the end - well, that's where I have to draw the line:

The world is about to end in 2012... 'cause the Mayans made calendars, and they stop at 2012. I got encyclopedias on the bus. The world is about to end as we know it. You can see it already. A planet doesn't exist - there's no more Pluto. Planes are flying into buildings - and not just the Twin Towers. Mosquitos bite you and you die. And a black man and a woman are running for president."
Yes, 'Lil Wayne is just one of many "celebrities" who believe that the world will come to an end on December 21, 2012. So, let me get this right. I'm suppose to be impressed because 'Lil Wayne has encyclopedias on the bus that say that the end of the world is coming on December 21, 2012? Yeah! Right! When 'Lil Wayne pulls up his pants, stops denigrating women and young girls, and stop being the poster jackass for BET - then and only then might I be even remotely interested in anything he has to say let alone a prediction. Please! Give me a break!
